Refund Policy

At Campa Craic, we strive to provide a fun and engaging experience for all participants. We understand that plans can change, so we offer the following refund policy:

Cancellations & Refunds

Before the first day of camp: Cancellations are accepted, and refunds may be issued at the discretion of Campa Craic.
After camp has started: No refunds will be provided.
Camp cancellation by Campa Craic: If the camp is canceled due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., extreme weather, low enrollment), we will offer either an alternative camp date or a refund.
Illness or emergencies: Refund requests due to illness or emergencies will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

How to Request a Refund

All refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to campacraic@gmail.ie.
Refunds, if approved, will be processed using the original payment method.
Processing times may vary, but we aim to complete refunds within 5-10 business days.
