Welcome to Campa Craic ("we," "our," or "us"). By using our website (www.campacraic.ie) and registering for our camps, you agree to comply with the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.
 

2. Camp Registration & Payment

  • Registration is confirmed upon arrival on the first day of camp.

  • Full payment is required on the first day of the camp.

  • Any outstanding balances must be cleared before participation in camp activities.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellations are accepted before the first date of the camp.

  • Refunds are at the discretion of Campa Craic.

  • In the event of camp cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., extreme weather), we will offer an alternative date or a refund.

4. Code of Conduct

  • All participants are expected to behave respectfully towards staff and other attendees.

  • Any behavior deemed disruptive, dangerous, or inappropriate may result in removal from the camp without a refund.

  • Parents/guardians must inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or special needs prior to camp attendance.

5. Liability & Insurance

  • While we take every precaution to ensure a safe environment, participation in camp activities is at the attendee’s own risk.

  • We are not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings during camp sessions.

  • Parents/guardians agree that we may provide basic first aid if necessary and contact emergency services if required.

6. Media Consent

  • By registering for our camps, you consent to the use of photos/videos of participants for promotional purposes unless you opt out in writing.

  • If you do not wish for your child to be included in media content, please notify us in advance.

7. Privacy & Data Protection

  • We collect and store personal information in compliance with GDPR.

8. Changes to Terms & Conditions

  • We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on our website.
